Do you love jazz, good food and good causes? Then you will love this upcoming event! Now is the time to save the date for the first-ever Heart of Jazz benefitting Iredell Health System happening this fall.
Heart of Jazz
Did you know the second leading cause of death in Iredell County is heart disease? According to a recent report, more than 5,000 cardiovascular procedures took place at Iredell Heart & Vascular Center in 2021.
The inaugural Heart of Jazz will help continue the proactive fight against heart disease in our area. Proceeds from Heart of Jazz will be donated to the Cardiac & Vascular Care Fund.
Funds will be used for a variety of things including patient assistance, new cardiovascular equipment and the expansion of services.
Save the date
Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 13th, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Enjoy a heartfelt night of jazz, hors d’oeuvres, a complimentary signature drink, a cash bar and a silent auction.
Wondering who will be performing? Iredell’s own Dr. Ray Georgeson, cardiologist, for starters. More live music will be brought to you be Mo Money, a five-piece jazz band made up of nationally-known artists.
Location
Heart of Jazz benefitting Iredell Health System will be held at The Venues at Langtree, 554 Langtree Road, in Mooresville. That’s about 22 miles from us and roughly a 25-minute drive, depending on traffic.

Heart of Jazz benefitting Iredell Health System first benefits with the support of community. Get involved as more than an attendee.
Consider investing $90 as an Angel Jazz Sponsor. Reward a hardworking employee or good friend with an anonymous ticket. Gather a group and raise funds to be an All That Jazz Sponsor, for instance.
